About Liz:
Liz grew up on the East Coast, studied political science with Howard Zinn at Boston University, psychology at Sarah Lawrence and University of California at Santa Cruz. A meditator for almost
thirty years, Liz has much experience with the twelve step &
recovery programs and has worked with many survivors of child sexual
abuse and other trauma. She has also worked with Chronic Fatigue,
Fibromyalgia and other constellations of symptoms which baffle the
medical profession.
Her
orientation is to see people release anything that stands in the way of
growth- and be happier in their natural state, as the Divine Beings of
Light that each of us is. When there is balance on the inside, imbalance and dis-ease on the outside tend to fade away.
She lived and worked in California in the film industry, then in Santa Fe and Taos, New Mexico,
studying and practicing as a holistic healer. Then on to Hawaii where
she managed a health food cafe on Kauai and swam with and learned from the dolphins and
whales on Hawaii Island, while continuing Spiritpath work.
Liz is currently based in Vermont, which she chose because of its connection to the Earth
and Nature,
its warm and welcoming people, its emphasis on local food,
sustainability, and culture, as well as the large number of
smart, progressive people. She supports her local food co - op and believes
in networking, communication, cooperation, and being in service to the community.

Thank you.
This work has been
influenced by: Louise Hay (You Can Heal Your Life), the Rebirthers in California (Sondra Ray & Leonard

More information on the work:
This work is Shamanic in nature—it works
above and beyond the ego mind. For this
reason it can be more effective than traditional psychotherapy for some
people. It is all about learning how to feel confident
choosing love instead of fear; following your internal guidance system,
which, once you recognize it, will never lead you astray.
Shamanic healing can
include Soul Retrieval, Past Lives, healing the past, and any illness
that comes from the inside out. As both Nelson
Mandela and Marianne Williamson have noted at length, we have come to
believe that we are so much LESS than we are.
~We are capable of so much MORE
than we even know~
If
you are ready to go beyond holding on to the way you've always done things, out of habit, doing the same
thing just because that's the way you've always done it..
and to be
more creative, more present
in your responses to life,
this work may be for you.
Still More about the work-
We are generally
brought up to think there is one right way to live our lives, usually
the way our parents communicated to us explicitly or implicitly. Social
conditioning keeps us stuck in old ways of being, often without even
knowing that we are stuck. At the point of awakening, your life story
may feel strange - like a script that someone else wrote.
Most Disease
of the body starts from within, with an imbalance in the Emotional Body. Over time, it moves
from the most subtle internal levels outward to the more gross physical
dimensions. We
may know a lot of the answers to what bothers us on an intellectual
level, but until they percolate down into the body and become
integrated, it's just air. Seeing our choices
materialize helps us trust the Universe more, and understanding how we
made the choices that created our current circumstances helps us to see
the law of Cause and Effect in action.
The feeling of repeating patterns- it can feel like a feather the first
time you experience it, but when it cycles around a few more times it
may end up feeling like a two by four over the head.
Given
that we each create our own reality, many of us would prefer to consciously
choose other than some of the results we see in front of us.
There are many messages of fear
that pull on us and make it challenging to maintain a peaceful steady
state in our inner lives - a challenge that seems to be ratcheting up
steadily. This pressure is not going away.
Rather
than withdrawing from interaction with the world, or succumbing to
thoughts of doom and gloom, most of us would choose inner peace, and a
just world, living in the Garden of Eden, as it were, if it were up
to us.
Well, it is.
We have more power and ability to affect our lives and the lives of
those around us than most of us consciously realize. Empowering the
best parts of ourselves is what is called for today.
With this work, you can change your life, and strengthen your connection to your guidance. You can feel more sure of yourself - from your innermost core-
and focus and expand your own power to co-create your life as you
choose, in alignment with the larger spiritual forces at work in our
lives today.
Feel
old ideas and limitations (limited thoughts about who you are) fall
away when you surrender more fully to the spiritual nature of who you
really are.
Real change can take place instantly when we are ready and willing to let go.
This
program takes a week's time, but the connections and ripple effects
from the changes go on for months afterwards, even years, and change us
on the subtle level forever.
Once we become conscious of our own patterns, it becomes ever more difficult to buy into our own BS - so to speak :)
The
Ego
is the only thing that can block positive change. Because the Ego is all about
fear, and scarcity, and judgment, and
above all it is committed to maintaining the Status Quo.
We need to find where the disconnect lies that keeps
us stuck. Perceived
blocks and limited ideas about ourselves are held in the Emotional
Body, part
of the energetic field around the body.
Many of us are still living under other people's expectations for us,
not living our own lives yet, even at 40 or 50 years old, or older.
The most common of these old ideas is that we are not good enough. That we don't in some way "measure up" or are not part of the in group, the A list..This idea has made Madison Avenue
very wealthy over the last 60 years. :) Usually Arrogance goes back and
forth with Insecurity and they change places frequently. Sometimes we
think we are much better than other people. Neither of these is really the self esteem- the self- love- we need to get through these times.
**Even if you are used to being tough on yourself in order to achieve what you have achieved in life, even if you think you are imperfect, no matter what you think you have done or what has been done to you, you can take back your power, move forward and have a great life.**
Even if you
are choking on it, the Ego will hold onto the known, to stay in its comfort
zone.
Resisting
Change
while pretending to embrace it is its specialty. It is most
comfortable in the Mind; the Heart, with its demands for authenticity,
is seriously threatening to the Ego. Meanwhile, the greatest happiness
is found in letting go of the Ego-Mind and moving into the Heart.
The Ego likes to compare itself to others;
this is one way you can recognize the Ego at work- and it is a sneaky
little devil! It will even try to convince you that you are more
spiritually evolved than others. When you learn to recognize this
competitive little kid inside of you, it will be a source of endless
amusement, as it never stops trying to get on top & control you and
everyone around you.
As long as you can keep it in its proper
place, that is..
entertaining you, not running/ruining
your life &
relationships.
He/She who can laugh at him/herself
will never cease to be amused!
DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY
